Returns and exchanges

You can exchange or return an item within 14 calendar days of purchase if it has not been used and its appearance, properties, seals, labels and receipt are kept. If the receipt is lost, it is enough to show that you bought the item from us. Cosmetics and perfume are accepted in intact, unopened packaging, with no signs of use.
