What data we receive

• When you place an order: last name, first name, phone number; for delivery also region, city and address; order comment; chosen delivery and payment methods; order contents and total. Optionally: how you heard about us.
• “Notify me” subscription: your Telegram chat number and the product you are waiting for. No phone number is needed.
• Messages: whatever you write to us in WhatsApp, Telegram or by email.
• Technical data: IP address, device and browser type, language, pages opened, referral source, date and time. Server logs and visit counters record them.
• The site keeps your cart and favorites on your device so they are not lost. Order form data is kept only in the open tab until the order is sent and is then erased.

Why we use it

• To accept and fulfil your order: call to confirm it, send a Kaspi invoice or QR code, pack the order, hand it over in the store or pass it to delivery.
• To message you when a product is back in stock, if you asked for it.
• To keep sales records, process returns and answer your questions.
• To keep the site running and protected from failures and abuse.
• To understand what is inconvenient on the site and improve it.

We do not sell personal data and do not send advertising without your separate consent.

Who we share data with

• Store staff who process orders. Access to orders is password-protected.
• The delivery service you choose: our Pavlodar courier, Flip or Kazpost. We pass on name, phone, address and parcel details.
• Kaspi.kz: your phone number to send an invoice or accept QR payment. Kaspi processes the payment under its own rules.
• Telegram: new-order notices go to the store’s private work chat (order number, phone, delivery address, contents; no name), and the store bot handles “Notify me” subscriptions.
• Yandex (Yandex LLC, Yandex Metrica) and Google (Google LLC, Google Analytics): site visit statistics.

Telegram, Yandex and Google servers are located outside Kazakhstan. By placing an order, subscribing or using the site you agree to this transfer.

Where and how long we keep data

• The site’s order database is on a server in Kazakhstan.
• Order data: 3 years after the order is fulfilled, for accounting, returns and inquiries.
• “Notify me” subscription: until the product is back or you unsubscribe with /stop in the bot.
• Server logs: a limited period needed for the site’s operation and security.
• Yandex Metrica and Google Analytics statistics: for the periods set by Yandex and Google.

Your consent

By pressing “Confirm order” you agree to the processing of your data under this policy. You can withdraw consent by writing or calling us. If the order is already in progress or the law requires keeping data, we will explain what remains and for how long.

Cookies and visit counters

The site uses cookies and the Yandex Metrica (with Webvisor: anonymised recording of scrolling and clicks) and Google Analytics counters. By using the site you agree to this; a bar at the bottom says so on your first visit.

You can opt out at any time: block or delete cookies in your browser settings, install the Google extension tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout, or disable Yandex Metrica following yandex.ru/support/metrica/general/opt-out.html. The site keeps working.

Your rights

You can find out what data we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and withdraw your consent. Write to us and we will reply within a reasonable time.

Children

The site is not intended to collect children’s data. If a child has given us their data, write to us and we will delete it.

Changes

We update this policy when the site or the services we use change. The date of the current version is shown at the top of the page.
